Last week, the main EARSeL symposium took place in Bucharest. The programme was full, with 4 days, and two parallel sessions each time. The presentations and discussions were very interesting.
Agnieszka made an announcement about the SIG, and got great interest! A lot of people seem to be interested in thermal remote sensing, but do not know how to start working with the data. Some introductory information seems to be lacking. Therefore, we decided to include an introduction to thermal remote sensing to the website.
We are also looking for people who would like to write a short introduction to different applications of thermal imagery. Would you like to participate? Drop us a line!
